Complaint handling role in a high volume, in a front line operational real estate and property law regulation environment

  • Respond promptly to enquiries from customers both internal and external on a wide range of matters
  • Assist customers to find solutions to a wide range of matters by learning about relevant legislation, regulations, procedures and the role of the Department to provide information and present impartial options within that framework
  • Data entry
  • Escalating cases
  • Prior Government department knowledge in the Real Estate industry (desirable)
  • Along with a genuine customer focus, you will be able to think on your feet and provide proactive support to customers and stakeholders
  • Strong Administration Skills
  • Proven phone based customer service experience
  • The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbal and written
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills to succeed in a fast pace, high volume environment
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to be highly adaptable while maintaining a positive attitude
