As they continue through this period of growth, I am looking for a number of Customer Service Representatives to join Samsung's new call centre.
Commencing ASAP in this long term assignment, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Answering inbound call
- Responding to customer requests in a timely manner
- Following up with customer to ensure product is in use
- Providing technical support to customers
- Troubleshooting problems
- Escalating necessary cases
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities from time to time
As the successful candidate, you will be:
- Experienced in an inbound/ outbound call centre environment handling high volume calls
- A strong communicator
- A reliable team member with a customer centric attitude
- Able to work between the hours of 8am-8pm- flexible shift times will apply
