The Opportunity:

Join a close-knit team in a 6 month fixed term contract. In this role you will be responsible for answering inbound calls in regards to asset finance, mortgage and personal based products. You will provide customers with a 1st class customer experience. You will thrive on building relationships with customers and always going above and beyond!
Working in newly renovated open planned offices in the heart of Parramatta you will enjoy working in a supportive and close knit team.

Sound like you?

  • 1st Class Customer Service skills
  • Minimum 12 months to 2 years experience working within a call centre dealing with Asset Finance, Mortgage, Banking or Financial Services enquiries
  • Team Player with a can-do/positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills
  • Driven to succeed in an environment where you require self-motivation
