about the role
This permanent opportunity will see you reporting to the National Customer Service Manager. You will be responsible for the efficient processing of customer orders, identifying customer requirements and manage incoming product enquiries.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming calls and correspondence
- Processing orders
- Effectively managing enquiries
- Follow up on placed orders
- Refer sales opportunities to the sales team
- Identify customer requirements
- Resolve customer complaints
- Manage documentation
- Liaise with internal departments
- Ensure all customer related information is accurate and current
Currently looking to undertake a new challenge, you previous customer service experience in a high volume call centre environment and a proven track record providing exceptional customer service. With accurate data entry skills, you have a high attention to detail, strong problem solving skills and the ability to actively contribute to a team. Solution orientated with an excellent telephone manner, you have the ability to meet targets and strong time management skills.
