Key Responsibilities:
- Manage volume inbound calls from clients and members to resolution
- Update client records to ensure accuracy
- Display exceptionally high levels of customer service
- Liaise with multiple external parties to gather information
- Maintain and develop CRM systems

- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Must have previous experience handling high volume calls
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to liaise effectively with external stakeholders
