This is a 2-3 month temporary assignment where you will be responsible for resolving customer queries regarding late payment fees as well investigating customer claims and processing credit notes. The ideal candidate will be analytical with strong attention to detail. Demonstrated experience as a credit officer where you were responsible for dispute resolution is also essential.
