At people2people we are constantly searching for experienced, motivated and hard-working corporate receptionists.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Directing and assisting visitors accordingly
- Responding to incoming correspondence via phone call and email
- Assisting with preparation of office events
- Maintaining a high standard of order within office communal spaces
To be successful you must possess:
- Experience within a receptionist role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of organisation and the ability to multitask
