A rare opportunity now exists for an experienced Corporate Receptionist/Office Administrator to join the business services team, on a temporary basis with a view to permanency.

You will be managing the reception area whilst responsible for the following duties:

    • Meeting & greeting visitors and guests
    • Answering, directing and announcing incoming calls
    • Booking and managing meeting rooms
    • Liaising with clients, solicitors and other staff members
    • Providing administrative support
    • Managing and actioning the departmental Inbox
    • Maintaining supplies

about you

The ideal person for this role will be corporately presented with excellent communication skills and superior attention to detail. Highly organised you have the ability to confidently multitask and enjoy driving communication throughout an organisation. A team player, you are self-motivated with a flexible and adaptable nature and enjoy a fast paced work environment. Previous exposure to a professional services environment is highly desirable.
