  • Managing incoming calls
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Organising couriers
  • Administration support
  • Document production
  • Diary management
  • Photocopying, filing and email management

Professionally presented, with exceptional interpersonal skills, you have a mature attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast paced high volume call environment. With the ability to drive communication and effectively deal with all levels, you possess strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise your day.
