THE ROLE

An excellent opportunity to join this growing highly regarded law firm as their Corporate Receptionist and Facilities Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to utilise your skills within a prestigious global law firm.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Maintaining meeting rooms and board rooms
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Making tea and coffee and arranging catering requirements
  • Arranging couriers
  • Ordering stationery and supplies
  • Ordering and maintenance of office equipment
  • Coordination of the firms OH&S obligations
  • Managing the buildings facilities and services
  • General administrative duties

THE CANDIDATE

To be successful in this great role you will have:

  • Proven corporate reception experience, ideally from a law firm
  • Confident, personable and approachable
  • Corporate presentation and excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise
