The Firm

This well-established Corporate Law firm have artistic and modern offices in the heart of the CBD. They are a progressive firm who have grown considerably in 2017. They have a friendly team culture and believe in the development of their staff.

The Role

As the first point of contact for new and existing clients, you will be based in reception area and be expected to maintain the firm's reputation for great customer service. This is a temp position initially but the firm will be looking to fill this permanently in the next few months. You will of course be considered for this full time permanent role.

Your duties will include:

  • Greeting clients
  • Reception duties
  • Incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
  • Travel arrangements
  • Diary management
  • General admin

About You

To be considered you will need to have:

  • Minimum of 2 years' Corporate experience
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
