Due to a recent period of growth and success they now have an opportunity for a Corporate Bookkeeper to join one of their practice groups.
As a Corporate Bookkeeper you will be responsible for managing the bookkeeping function for a large portfolio of clients. Responsibilities include:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Payroll
- Intercompany loan accounts
- General ledger maintenance and reconciliations
- Cashflow forecasting
- Preparing BAS, IAS, PAYG and payroll tax returns
- P+ L and balance sheet reporting and analysis
- Preparation of monthly management reports
In order to be successful for the role you will have:
- Previous experience working as a bookkeeper within an accountancy practice and managing a portfolio of clients
- Experience using cloud based accounting software such as Xero or MYOB
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy are essential
- Superior time management skills as well as the ability to handle conflicting deadlines
