A global electronics organisation inspiring the world with their products is looking for an talented Client Solutions Manager to focus on their very owned and operated inventory and audience extension. This 12 month fixed term contract is be located in the heart of Sydney CBD with working from home flexibility.
You must have deep digital advertising expertise; and ideally have previously worked with publishers, agencies, and advertisers in both an operations and a client facing capacity. This role will have direct impact on the business through growing and managing your customer’s campaigns in a programmatic landscape.
Aligning with Sales representatives to provide seamless account support from campaign launch, delivery, optimisation (complete end to end)
Serve as lead contact for all day-to-day client communication
Managing testing and other QA activities for each app install campaign
Leading campaign kick-off meetings and managing launch timelines
Communicating on campaign updates, troubleshooting, optimisation recommendations and final campaign review
Producing best practices and learnings based on campaign performance, and providing clients with recommendations to drive renewal business
Previous experience in campaign management, optimisation, and/or ad operations in a revenue generating capacity
Strong understanding of digital and programmatic advertising
Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns is highly desirable
Ability executing programmatic campaigns using DSPs
Proficiency with ad technology tools, systems, and platforms, including DSPs, DMPs, publisher or agency ad servers, and 3rd party measurement, research, and verification vendors
Strong communicator with ability to explain complex components in a simple and easy to follow manner
