THE ROLE
This is a Client Services Coordinator position which will suit a confident and outgoing customer service professional. The duties will include:
- Undertake all new client enquiries (Phone calls, contact emails, website, new enquiries via all social media platforms, claims check and lawyer referrals
- Respond to all client enquiries in a timely manner
- Ability to stay on top of all enquirers who have not answered
- Ensure all new clients have a first call resolution where possible
- Aim to book the client in to speak to a lawyer within 1-3 days
- Book in the new client after discussing relevant questions, enter the client’s details into the system and enter each client into the report
- Provide a one-on-one client service that is tailored to each client
- Ensure a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Prepare new client packs
This will most suit a customer service specialist with several years’ experience, who is confident taking high volumes of inbound calls from new clients.
The successful candidate will:
- Be polite, professional and have first-class communication skills (both in-person and on the telephone)
- Possess excellent customer service and effective interactions with clients
- Have a certificate or diploma in marketing
- Have some knowledge of personal injury
