    • Creating Shopping cart based on the information provided by the Business units
    • Receipting invoices to the relevant Purchase Orders
    • Update the Payment register with the Invoices, shopping cart, purchase order & Supplier ID's through transaction basis
    • Preparing weekly reports
    • Follow up overdue matters
    • Supporting Senior Officers


    • Knowledge and understanding of Government structures, processes and reporting
    • Strong communication skills
    • General understating of Finance process
    • Good knowledge of IT system
    • SAP by Design and Hewlett Packard Content Manager preferable but not essential

Key challenges:

    • Managing workloads to meet deadlines
    • Ability to identify complex and sensitive matters
