You must have extensive relevant experience with:
- Word processing
- Data entry
- Provide accurate clerical and administrative support services that contribute to ensuring effective operations.
- Undertake activities necessary to effectively assess designated licensing in regards to applications.
- Providing support to customers and other stakeholders on basic licensing and related matters.
- Addressing more complex enquiries regards renewal of licenses, applications and any further authorisations.
- Support internal/external reports and correspondence relevant to licensing activities.
- Maintain accuracy records on the system
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and the efficiency of operations.
