This highly regarded Law Firm with prestigious offices based in the heart of Sydney's CBD are seeking an experienced Catering/Boardroom Attendant to join their proactive and professional team. This national firm has approximately 200 employees and are highly regarded within the legal industry.

Within this great role you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Liaising with external caterers
  • Providing in-house wait service for client functions
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
  • Providing tea and coffee for meetings
  • Supervise the Kitchen Cleaner
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and storeroom
  • Ensure health & safety standards are adhered to
  • Record and reconcile petty cash

To be considered for this busy position, you must have:

  • Previous experience in a similar position within the legal industry or within a professional services environment
  • Excellent communication skills, polished presentation and superior customer service skills
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Flexibility around work hours (General office hours will be 7.30am - 4.00pm, however, overtime will be required for client functions)
