Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate catering services for internal and external meetings and staff functions
  • Maintaining cleanliness of boardrooms and meetings rooms
  • Liaising with internal and external teams to provide catering services
  • Organise and manage agency staff when necessary
  • Managing budgets and accounts including invoicing and reconciling
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required


In order to be considered for this position, candidates must be able to demonstrate a variety of experience and characteristics that will suit the firm and the role. These include:

  • 3 years relevant experience preferably in a corporate environment
  • A certificate within hospitality or similar
  • Strong barista skills
  • Professionally presented with a confident and professional communication style
  • The ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Strong organisational skills
