With a current headcount of over 90, we are continuing to grow and are looking for a dedicated Candidate Resourcer to join our highest billing contingency team in contracts accounting. This role is based at our p2p hub in the Sydney CBD.
* Resourcing candidates from internal/external databases
* Preparing and posting job advertisements
* Screening and interviewing candidates
* Proactively identifying candidates in the market
* Preparing resumes for clients
* Reference checks
* Database maintenance and administration

Ideally you will have previous experience working in a fast paced agency environment, however this is not as essential as you desire to achieve large financial rewards and deliver in a top performing team.
