Currently we are seeking passionate and driven sales professionals to join the national call centre based in St Leonards.

Within this role you will work in a lively and dynamic call centre environment surrounded by top performing call centre reps. Working with one of the top brands in the market, you will enjoy working alongside your team members to best service customers across Australia.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer inbound enquiries via phone and email
  • Liaise with internal teams including sales reps/key account managers
  • Process customer orders
  • Manage customer feedback & action appropriately
  • Liaise with courier and logistics teams regarding deliveries
