We are currently interested in receiving applications from Bookkeeper candidates with experience using either Quickbooks, MYOB or Xero. The successful candidate will have worked with a wide portfolio of clients in industries such as FMCG, Retail, Construction and Professional Services.
We currently have 3 positions available:
x1 Caulfield (Full-Time) Xero
x1 St.Kilda (Part-time, 5 day Fortnight) Quickbooks
x1 CBD (Part-Time, 4 days) Any ERP System
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Credit/ Collections
- Payroll
- PAYG & Payroll tax returns
- Banking/ reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly management reports
- Assist in budget preparation
- Prepare and maintain P&L
- Liaise with external Accountant for month end reporting
- Oversee and give direction to junior staff
Required:
- Bookkeeping experience,
- Experience working with MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero
- A high level of attention to detail,
- A proactive, enthusiastic and committed approach,
- Strong communications
