Specialising in Healthcare and Disability recruitment, this organisation is now seeking a Recruitment and Bookings Consultant to join the team. Reporting directly to the Bookings Manager your main focus will be to manage the candidate registration process and client experience.

Your day to day responsibilities will include the following:

  • Communicating and engaging with candidates over the phone
  • Resourcing and screening candidates
  • Conducting interviews
  • Coordinating roster allocations and shift confirmations
  • Handling client and candidate enquiries and complaints

To be successful in securing an interview with this hiring manager, you will have strong administration experience with a high attention to detail. Your strong communication skills and excellent phone manner coupled with your flexible nature and ability to work well in a fast paced environment will be looked upon favourably.
