about the role
Reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager, this role is essentially responsible for providing customers with prompt and efficient service support ensuring their individual requirements are identified and actioned, along with allocating and scheduling operators to site and maintaining customer information.
As the point of contact for clients, daily duties will include:
Manage incoming calls
Triage and action emails
Speak with clients regarding their job orders and requirements
Update and maintain all job and client information in Allocate 365
Negotiate rates with customers and suppliers
Coordinate job orders, scheduling and allocating sub-contractors
Responding to problems in a cost effective and timely manner
Liaise with workshop and machines regarding repairs
Issue subcontractor packs
Send out docket books and generate mobile docketing
Maintain compliance with subcontractors' portfolios
Process and finalise COD jobs
Manage after hours phone calls
Ensure administrative functions of the department are fulfilled
Flexible and adaptable
Highly organised with the ability to multitask
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
Willingness to learn and assist
Possess a customer centric focus
High attention to detail
The ability to manage confidential information
