The Role

The role is an entry level Administrative Assistant position, and offers a rare opportunity to integrate yourself within the world of legal! This role will allow you to gain experience, knowledge, connections and repute as part of a highly regarded national Law firm.

In this role you will develop your administrative skills assisting a high performing, friendly team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Archiving

  • Photocopying

  • Opening and closing files

  • General administrative duties

  • Typing

  • And much, much more!


This position is ideal for someone with a positive and enthusiastic attitude who is pro active and shows a willingness to learn.

You must be able to:

  • Demonstrate excellent organisation skills
  • Have attention to detail
  • Have basic Word Processing and dictation skills
  • Have great communication skills and telephone manner
  • Well presented
  • Up to 12 months administrative experience
