This Boutique Law firm, located in the heart of the CBD, has a friendly, close-knit environment. They specialise in intellectual property, media, and several other areas of Law.

In this busy and varied role, you will be we working across the Trade Mark team providing support and assistance to a number of fee earners. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Organisation and management of case files including archiving
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Filing
  • Data entry
  • Photocopying
  • Assisting with the preparation of internal events
  • Ordering stationary and other office supplies
  • Diary management
  • Conducting Trade Mark searches

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate:

  • 12 months experience working within Legal Administration
  • Confident and personable manner
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Advanced MS Word skills with a fast and accurate typing speed
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
