Job description
You will be responsible for
- Assisting customers with preparing documentation
- Preparing compliance information
- Action general administration requests from the team
- Schedule client appointments and manage the diary
- Answer phone enquiries
- Schedule travel requirements, flights, accommodation and transfers
- Manage client records and documentation
About you
- Must have previous experience in a similar position
- Ideally have experience managing large documents and records
- A strong eye for detail and ability to pick up errors
- The ability to work autonomously and self-monitor
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High level computer skills including MS Office Suite
- Proven exceptional organisational skills, ability to multi task and prioritise
