An exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator is now available a friendly, boutique family accountancy firm in North Melbourne. A polished individual with exceptional customer service skills to work on reception and provide administrative support for our Finance and Administration team.

  • Answering calls and assisting with client queries
  • Meet and greet direct visitors
  • Answering telephone queries
  • Filing and general admin responsibilities
  • Data entry and data base management including maintaining and updating of project files.
  • Efficient management of incoming calls
  • Ensure all required filing is accurately and efficiently completed


  • Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven administrate experience
  • Experience of working in the finance sector
