Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include
- Full function AR processing
- Month end reporting
- Management of the daily workflow of Accounts Receivable Team
- Review and validate transactions processed by Accounts Receivable
- Lead and mentor a small team
- Manage performance and set KPI's
- Identify and facilitate process improvements and streamlining
The ideal person for this role will have at least three years' recent experience in an Accounts Receivable leadership role. You will have proven experience in leading and training Accounts Receivable staff. You will also have a proven history of improving processes and procedures. You will not only lead the team and facilitate improvements but enjoy 'hands on' processing and creating a team environment. You will have large ERP experience and a strong attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
