This Organisation, a leader in their field have an immediate requirement for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their team for 6-8 weeks to assist with a backlog of work. This position is part time 4 days per week, and there is flexibility around the days worked.


As an Accounts Receivable Administrator you will be responsible for assisting the AR Officer with data entry and allocations. Your major responsibilities will include:

  • Downloading the bank statement
  • Data entry
  • Daily banking
  • Allocation of payments
  • Providing support to the credit team as required


In order to be successful for this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable (banking and allocations)
  • Intermediate excel skills; ability to use vlookups and pivot tables is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience using a large ERP
  • Available to work 4 days a week for the next 2 months
