Job description
Rapidly growing and diversifying, Australian owned company, operating across multiple sites, have a rare opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their Finance team on a temp to perm basis.ย You will enjoy the down to earth culture.ย
The Roleย
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include;ย
- Matching invoices to purchase ordersย
- Processing invoices in Sageย
- Preparing payment runsย
- Supplier reconciliationsย
- Dealing with supplier queriesย
- Bank reconciliationsย
- Set up of new suppliersย
- Payroll processing (back up and willing to train)ย
- GRNI reconciliations
About Youย
The successful candidate will have/be;ย
- Experienced in full function Accounts Payableย
- Able to pick up new systems and processes with easeย
- A strong attention to detail and time management skills
- A team player with well-developed interpersonal and communication skillsย
- Payroll processing experience will be highly regardedย
