This is a standalone positon but sits in a well established and experienced team of 7 finance staff. Job description
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will manageย the domestic and international accounts payable function, responsibilites will include:
- Processing vendor invoices
- Processing FX transactions
- Preparing weekly payment runs
- Responding to vendorย enquiriesย
- Sending remittance advices to suppliers
- Reconciling supplier accounts
- Generating reports for finance
In order to be successful for the role you will have:
- Immediate availability
- Proven full function accounts payable experience, ideally experience working in both manual and automated environmentsย
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail as well as accurate data entry skills
- Intermediate excel skills, confident using vlookups and pivot tables
