This national retail company based in Coopers Plains are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their small and friendly team in a stand-alone, full function Accounts Payable role for at least 3 months. The role is to commence as soon as possible to allow a hand-over period.
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Processing payments and managing payment runs
- Supplier reconciliations and queries
- End of month reporting
The ideal person for this role will be an experienced Accounts Payable Officer who has previously worked in a stand-alone, full function capacity. You will feel confident in picking up new systems as this company use an in-house system and you will also require intermediate Excel skills. We are looking for a friendly and positive team player who will commit for at least 3 months.
