As a key support to the team, you will be responsible for full function accounts payable. Duties will range from the data entry of invoices to processing payments, supplier reconciliations and answering queries. As the firm is using an industry specific practice management system candidates possessing experience with Aderant Expert, Locus or Affinity are highly desirable.
To be considered for this role you will possess excellent communication skills and previous experience in a similar legal environment. This position is to commence in ASAP and will be a three month contract to help with the overflow of work. I would emphasise only accounts clerks with legal sector experience apply as only those with a proven industry track record will be considered.
