Reporting to the Finance Manager the responsibilities of the role will include;
- Full function Accounts Payable
- Managing Accounts Payable inbox
- Raising purchase orders and coding invoices
- Processing invoices
- Managing payment runs
- Banking, receipting and allocation of receivables
- Setting up new accounts
- Answering incoming calls
- Ordering office supplies
- Dealing with internal and external queries
- Ad hoc queries as required
Our client is seeking an experienced all-round accounts and administration officer who enjoys a role with variety. A team focused attitude, professional phone manner and presentation is essential. Proactivity and strong organisational skills will be highly valuable in this role.
