A large manufacturing business who has a national presence and are looking for an Accounts and Office Administrator to join their team on a 12 month contract to cover Maternity Leave.
About the Role
- Full function Accounts Payable
- Full function Accounts Receivable
- Office and sales administration
- Ability to liaise with Internal and External stakeholders
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Answering incoming calls
To be successful in this position you will have worked within a similar role. Professionally presented with excellent written and verbal communication skills you will have strong organisational and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail. You will be flexible in your approach and willing to help out all aspects of the business. Your excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills will be a great advantage in this role as would customer service experience.
