This National wholesale and distribution company are seeking an Accounts and Admin all-rounder to cover a 6 month maternity leave break. Based in East Brisbane, the office is close to a train station but would suit someone local. You will be joining a small and close knit team who enjoy working here and have a laugh at work.
Reporting to the General Manager the responsibilities of the role will include;
- Data entry of invoices
- Accounts Receivable (banking, receipting and allocating payments)
- Collections calls
- Processing Accounts Payable
- Sales Administration
- Working closely with the Sales Department
- General office admin and duties
The ideal candidate for this role will be/have;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organised
- A flexible and team focused approach
- Experience in full function AP and AR
- Reconciliations and general admin experience
- Ability to commence immediately or at very short notice
