Job Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, your position as Account Manager will be to further develop, and strengthen, the strong historical relationships that Chr. Hansen has with its partners in order to maximise mutual opportunities. You will be the go-to for customers for sales, application, and provide support around processes.
You can support and drive customer engagement and manage customer accounts, tenders and new product launches. As well as drive and execute business plans with partners to maximise sales results and profitability.
Given CHR Hansen’s strong market position, and relationships with both Australian consumers and industry leaders, you will be supported to succeed through supportive management, comprehensive training tools, internal networks, and CHR Hansen technical experience both locally and abroad.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have experience in account management or sales from within the food manufacturing sector
- Demonstrate strong project management, problem solving abilities, interpersonal skills, with a passion to drive and win with customers
- Demonstrate the ability to engage with customers across various levels and build relationships
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as food technology will be highly advantageous
