Our client is a leading Trading platform that has been operating for over 10 years. With a state of the art platform, they pride themselves on delivering a superior service and a team of Account Managers to educate investors through their trading activity.

With major growth plans in Australia, they are looking for an Account Manager to join their sales retention team here in Melbourne. The Account Manager will be responsible for outbound calls, so the position will suit a true "Hunter". You must be comfortable exploring all opportunities to the end and be able to handle a high pressure environment where performance will be measured daily. This is an exciting opportunity for an experience sales professional to enter the financial service & trading sector. No previous experience in trading required, as extensive training is provided.

Your day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Outgoing calls to a portfolio of existing clients encouraging growth within their portfolio
  • Staying up to date with market trends and movements and educating clients on this
  • Receiving inbound calls from prospective investors and existing investors within your portfolio
  • Meeting set KPI's around financial targets
  • Ensure the retention and growth of your portfolio

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Most recent role has been in an outbound capacity
  • Have a hunter's mentality, this role will suit someone that enjoys the chase and working in a fast pace environment
  • Experience in a call centre or cold calling environment (B2B or B2C)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
