Job description
Join this leader within the financial sector as crucial support to team of Client Relationship Managers. As the Client Services / Account Coordinator you will support the CRM’s and work closely with the team interstate to deliver on areas around Leasing, Settlements, and financial reporting for the key accounts to this growing business.
The role:
- You will support the CRMs of the business in the management completion of client reporting in-line with client contractual requirements.
- Highly data focused, drawing on the data to support the analysis and recommendation to deliver the set outcomes too meet the client’s needs.
- High volume of internal and external stakeholder engagement around finance and leasing documents as you will monitor and action lease payments, payout requests and end of lease processes
- Manage the vehicle settlement. Liaise with Financiers though the credit and settlements process and third party supplier order request placement, charges and data validation
- Work closely with the line manager drawing on client feedback, team feedback and industry changes to continuously improve products and services
- Respond to customer enquiries; including support for system users and ensure clients are across key processes for software and outsourced solutions.
What you bring:
- Experience and knowledge of fleet/ motor vehicle industry (FMO) or vehicle financing is highly considered
- You will have strong administration experience, interest in data analysis and be process driven. You will enjoy working to tight deadlines and be highly drive by outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management silks both internal and external
- Ability to think outside the box and work collaboratively in a team environment
- You will have demonstrated the ability to develop process to improve productivity
- Clear and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Certificate or training in Financial Services, Customer Service or Administration (highly regarded)
