Our client is a leading International provider within their industry, that are currently in need for an Office Manager to come onboard for a 10-month maternity cover. The role will be based in the Head office located in North Sydney.



The role:

As the office manager you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the corporate office. The nature of the business requires that the office manager is multi-skilled and be the main point of contact for any general enquiries.



Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain processes for electronic document storage and train administration team member on how to follow the processes
  • Ensure high level of customer service is provided to internal and eternal stakeholders
  • Supervision of the Corporate receptionist and delegate assignments when needed
  • Assist with coordinating of office events
  •  Assist with any admin duties and reception cover at times

About you:

  • Previous experience in an office manager or senior PA role wanting more of an office all-rounder role
  • Advanced skills in all Microsoft office specifically Excel
  •  Professional written and verbal communication skills
  •   Experience managing or coaching other staff members
