Administrator/Entry Level Trader

The Role:


Reporting to the Sales Manager, as the Administrator/ Entry Level Trader you will be responsible for:


•     General Office Administration

•     Liaising with Freight Companies and Warehouse Contacts

•     Ensure stock reports and sales analysis are completed

•     Use of excel to download and compete debtors’ reports

•     Stock reconciliation



About you: 


The successful candidate will be an administrative/sales-focused individual with enthusiasm and a positive can-do attitude. To be successful in this role, you would need to possess the following:


•     Experience in a similar administrative role

•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•     A natural technical aptitude and problem-solving skills

•     Ability to work autonomously

•     Intermediate Excel Skills e.g. Must know how to use pivot tables.

•     Formal Tertiary Qualification
