General Manager Sales – Global Brand – Energy - $130K – 150K + S + Bonus

A household name, this brand in Australia has grown to acquire excellent market share and sell through. Representing a global brand, you will be responsible for supporting the go to market strategy, launch, and awareness of a new product into the Australian market. The product, within renewable energy, addresses an existing gap in the market and has excellent potential for sell through.

Working closely with the executive team, your key responsibilities in this business to business sales role will include:
  • Full ownership of the sales strategy, working closely with the Marketing Manager
  • Developing strategic account plans and strategy
  • Build and lead a high performing team
  • Meeting with key clients and channel partners regularly
  • Stakeholder engagement and liaison – business to business
  • Creating awareness of the new product in partnership with marketing
  • Educating sales managers and teams on the new product
  • Meeting KPIs and achieving a strong challenger position in year one
