We are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary who can hit the ground running.

 
We are looking for someone who ideally has previous experience in defendant Insurance, Workers Compensation matters.  Other areas of Insurance Litigation and Commercial Litigation may be considered.
 
Your duties will include, but not limited to:
  • Document creation
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Diary management
  • Client liaison
  • Monthly billing
  • File management
  • Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
  • All general administration support as required
 
THE CANDIDATE
 
To be considered for this role you will have:
  • Previous Legal Secretarial experience ideally from a defendant firm within Workers Compensation
  • Experience managing a high volume of files
  • You must be able to demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines 
  • Have strong communication skills and corporate presentation
