This award-winning, ASX listed organisation within the financial services industry is known for their commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. They are now looking for a Customer Service Administrator for 12 months to join their head office in Sydney CBD.
Supporting a vehicle leasing sales team by ensuring settlements are processed and administration duties with a high level of accuracy. Day to day duties will include but not limited to:
- Providing high-quality customer service via phone and email
- Process application documentation to customers with a high level of accuracy in a timely basis
- Deliver accurate finance and leasing related document to customers on a timely basis
- Ensuring confidential and privacy of information is not compromised
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience within a high-volume customer service, admin, and processing environment
- Strong time management skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to complete tasks to strict time frames
