There is now the need for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in the Sydney CBD office. 

The Role:

Supporting a vehicle leasing sales team by ensuring settlements are processed and administered with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Day to day this will include:

·       Providing high-quality customer service via phone and email 

·       Process application documentation to customers with a high level of accuracy in a timely basis

·       Achieving set lead generation and KPI targets through accuracy and processing time.

·       Creating positive relationships with all customers ensuring customer satisfaction

·       General administrative duties

·       Ensuring compliance is met across all processes and policies

Skills & Experience:

·       Previous experience within a high-volume customer service, admin, and processing environment

·       A resilient customer service attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond 

·       Strong time management skills and high attention to detail 

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       'Can do', positive and proactive approach


·       Salary $56,000 + super + incentives
