- Customer first: develop a culture that places the customer at the centre of everything that we do
- Close the deal: Ensure that the team understands that a key part of delivering an amazing experience to a customer is making sure they have the product
- Look after the business: Assist the Store leader to drive efficiency and profitability through smart, customer centric, business decisions
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience retail ideally within the technology industry
- A passion for managing, coaching and developing your team
- Savvy with the latest technology (would be advantageous)
