They are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their fast paced team, in a Temporary to Permanent opportunity.


ROLE:
  • Accurate order processing
  • Providing Estimated Time of Arrivals for client orders
  • Responding, via telephone, to client enquiries
  • Assisting other departments as required

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven Customer Service experience
  • Ability to successfully perform in a high volume environment
  • Available Monday to Friday between 7am and 5:30pm depending on the allocated shifts
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal
