They are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their fast paced team, in a Temporary to Permanent opportunity.
- Accurate order processing
- Providing Estimated Time of Arrivals for client orders
- Responding, via telephone, to client enquiries
- Assisting other departments as required
- Proven Customer Service experience
- Ability to successfully perform in a high volume environment
- Available Monday to Friday between 7am and 5:30pm depending on the allocated shifts
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
