The company


people2people have partnered with a growing organisation who is based in the heart of the CBD and needing the additional support of an experience Receptionist / Administrator.  As an organisation they are focused on servicing and supporting a diverse range of projects in the resources industry sector.


The role:


Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be based at the Reception area answering and directing all incoming calls while assisting with ensuring stationery and consumables are ordered, the facility is running efficiently, and the team is supported.


Selection criteria:


·        Previous experience gained within a similar role in a corporate environment

·        Highly computer literate – MS Office Suite

·        Strong organisational and time management skills

·        High level of communication skills (verbal and written)
