A fixed term coordinator position has opened up within the public sector assisting with high-risk information and enquiries. This is a 7 day a week operation so you may be needed to work some weekends but the role will be 40 hours a week.

About the coordinator role

You will be looking after the main inbox of enquiries and flagging any high-risk emails to appropriate staff, as well as coordinating those of high priority to the case managers.

·     General Administration 

·     Look after the email inbox

·     Be able to recognise & flag any risks to appropriate staff

·     Communicating with managers and staff

What are they looking for?

You will have come from the government sector to have a strong understanding of approvals, risk management and their processes


·     Come from a PA, project coordinator or high risk admin background e.g NZ police

·     Stay calm under pressure and manage a high workload

·     Confident and pick things up quickly as not much training will be given
