This fun and easy-going HR team requires an HR Administrator/Coordinator superstar to assist their Employment Relations and Organisational Change manager with a project for about 3-4 months. This is a super busy role – not for the faint of heart! We are ideally looking for someone who has strong HR experience as we need them to hit the ground running with little guidance.
The role will be varied with a lot of administration including writing letters, consolidating feedback, performance reviews, preparing reports as required by the HR Advisor, Employment Relations Partner as well as proof reading position descriptions and effective communication and handling confidential information.
We are interested in applicants who has previous experience dealing with an organisational change or a restructuring environment, strong written communication skills and approach confidentiality in everything you do. Previous HR systems such as Work day would be highly advantage. However, what will really set you apart is your attention to detail, efficiency and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
